Valleys in Guryungdeokbong (Peak, 1,388 meters above sea
level) and Jueokbong (Peak, 1,443 meters above sea level) are
the key water sources of the Recreation Forest, which provide
abundant water. Especially, the Yard Rock (a level, wide rock
like a yard) and the two-tier waterfall are said to be scenic
masterpieces. The recreation forest comprises natural
forests with a variety of tree species including Schmidt
Birch, Pine, and Oak trees, as well as Japanese Larch
plantations.
